• Pare down your list to the essentials, including toiletries.
• Avoid doubling up on items that both of you can share, like battery charger for your gadgets.

Thing is..I’m on birth control, and JUST started a new pack yesterday.We really want to TTC, since it will work out perfect with our other plans in the near future. I’ve been on the same BC for over 2 years, and I have already talked to my OB about what to do when we’re ready to conceive..however I forgot if she said if I had to finish the pack or not? I wasn’t going to take my pill yesterday, but then my fiance mentioned “what if you start your period on the honeymoon, because you’re not taking your pills anymore?” So then I decided I better take them, since I definatly dont want to deal with THAT on the honeymoon!! Can anyone give me some insight?! We’re really excited to start trying, but want to make sure it wont be confusing as to when are due date is since I didnt wait till my first period after stopping the pill…SO will I mess myself up if I stop taking my pills now, since I just started a new pack? Or should I just finish this pack, THEN start trying?!

FYI Missnmy: We’ve been together for 5 years..Have had tons of time to ourselves.We bought a house last March, & have been living together since 2006. So its not like our whole lives are changing as of Saturday..I guess I should have included these details?

In 3 hours is the Rehearsal and my groom just walked out and left..He said, I can’t handle all this stress it’s Bullshit and your a Psycho…Mind you. I spent ALL Day driving around and buying gifts for HIS Groomsmen. Packing HIS bag for our Honeymoon and taking care of HIS tux.
He has not helped with ONE single thing when it came to the wedding…
I am not sure what I am going to do..Stressed, Tired and over whelmed.
He came back and apologized. He said it was the stress over stupid stuff that didn’t really matter.

I’m on chapter 28, just found out that Irina was going to tell on the Cullens about Renesmee and Jacob. After she saw Bella, Renesmee and Jacob in the woods.
Can you help me remember what went on before all that?
Who’s Irina, and her sisters again?
And what happened?
All I can remember is, of course the wedding, honeymoon, renesmee, Jacob leaving the pack… And Bella turnning into a vampire, hunting, smashing rocks, and being in control of herself. + them telling Charlie and Renee. =]

A mother had 3 daughters. They were all getting married within a short time period. Because mom was a bit worried about how their sex lives would get started, she made them all promise to send a postcard from the honeymoon with a few words on how marital sex felt.

The first girl sent a card from Hawaii two days after the wedding. The card said nothing but “Nescafe.” Mom was puzzled at first, but then went to the kitchen and got out the Nescafe jar. It said: “Good till the last drop.” Mom blushed, but was pleased for her daughter.

The second girl sent the card from Vermont a week after the wedding, and the card read: “Benson & Hedges.” Mom now knew to go straight to her husband’s cigarettes, and she read from the Benson & Hedges pack: “Extra Long. King Size.” She was again slightly embarrased but still happy for her daughter.

The third girl left for her honeymoon in the Caribbean. Mom waited for a week, nothing. Another week went by, and still nothing. Then after a whole month, a card finally arrived. Written on it with shaky handwriting were the words: “British Airways.” Mom took out her latest Harper’s Bazaar magazine, flipped through the pages fearing the worst, and finally found the ad for the airline.

The ad said: “Three times a day, seven days a week, both ways.” Mom fainted.

My fiancee and I have been engaged for a while, with no date set yet. Last year, his mother and her boyfriend told us that they already have our wedding present: the honeymoon. But not just any honeymoon. She recently bought a timeshare in Las Vegas, and with the timeshare got a pack of coupons for free trips to other timeshares around the world.

Since then, she and my fiancee have become estranged for unrelated reasons, and they recently have been talking to each other occasionally, just small talk. But if the honeymoon comes up again, how do you tell someone you don’t want their gift?

Frankly, I want out honeymoon to be special, and not stressful. I don’t want to go to some unknown timeshare property of unknown quality. I don’t want the possibility of being subjected to a sales pitch as part of the free vacation. I’d rather go on a cruise or rent a house in the mountains.
Thanks, lots of interesting opinions so far. Some things to note: FH just started working in a public service job where he will only get one week of vacation every 6 months, and can’t take any longer until he gets more seniority.

And there is no saying if our relationship with his mother will improve. Right now all it is is saying hi to her at family gatherings.

I am going to be staying at the Sandals Resort, for my honeymoon, We will be there 10/11-10/17. Is it cooler,warmer,rainier, please tell me so i can pack accordingly, i wouldn’t want a lot of halter top stuff if it’s rainy.
