What To Pack For Honeymoon
I am going to St Lucia in June for my honeymoon. We are staying at the St. Lucia Regency Resort and Spa. Is there anything I need to know before I go… any suggestions on things to do or see while there?
What do I need to pack? Is there a dress code?
….thanks!

The only thing you need to know is that it is absolutely GORGEOUS there! The only things you need to pack are light-weight clothing, resort wear and bathing suits. You may need to bring nice clothing for dinner if you want to make a reservation at one of their restaurants. A lot of hotels require a dress code for the restaurants that REQUIRE a reservation. You probably won’t do much other than relax!!!! It’s wonderful there and I can’t wait to go back. There is not much to do outside of the resorts. There is one restaurant that we went to outside of the hotel. It was on top of one of the pitons. It was really good but a little pricey!!! I’m sorry. I can’t remember what it was called. I’m sure if you ask someone at your hotel, they will know what you’re talking about.
I actually recommended to one of my friend’s that she have her honeymoon/wedding there. She did and loved it!!!! Have a great time. No need to overpack!!!!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. St. Lucia is an excellent choice for a honeymoon. There is one website you can visit that will provide you with lots of information and that’s http://www.tripadvisor.com. I’m going on the assumption that you have not visited this site. On the first page, after the word “search” type in St. Lucia. When that page comes up, in the upper left corner, you’ll see “search again”. In that box, type in “St. Lucia Regency Resort and Spa”. That will bring up reviews of other people who have stayed there. Also from the page that comes up after typing in St. Lucia, you’ll see forums. On that page you’ll find a VERY active message board that will provide you with answers to most if not all of your questions. Good luck and make sure to relax because that’s what a honeymoon is all about.
